You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to copy its content or pricing.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications, condition and included accessories. Product images are for illustration; actual colour, packaging or revision may differ slightly. Where a product is pre-owned or refurbished, this is stated on the product page.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice due to market and import conditions
• Products are subject to availability and stock shown online may sell out before your order is confirmed
• If a pricing or stock error occurs, we will inform you and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order becomes binding only once we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, the pricing is incorrect, or the order cannot be verified.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

• Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; Hassan Computers does not store complete card details, card numbers or CVV codes
• Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and locations, and may require advance confirmation or a partial deposit
• Bank transfer payments must be confirmed with proof of payment before dispatch
• Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention and additional verification may be requested before dispatch

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty coverage, where offered, is stated on the product page or invoice and excludes physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, tampering and software issues.

The Hassan Computers name, logo, website design, text and images are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
